I took my family to Loveland, Colorado for a fun filled sky trip. Loveland is often referred to as America's "Sweetheart City" and is located 45 miles north of Denver.

We had plenty of places to visit and we started out with the historic site of Fort Vasquez, which was once the trading center for Native Americans. Next we toured the Loveland Museum & Gallery which showcases exhibits on local history and also has an art gallery which my wife loved. We also visited the Timberlane Farm Museum to learn more about the regional history and culture of the area where the kids fell asleep. Finally we stopped at the Swetsville Zoo and the Crystal Rapids Waterpark which were the kids favorite place on the whole trip.

We of course hit the slopes where I couldn't believe all the deals they had, 2 for 1 slope tickets to kids eat free.
